Do we need existing AI infrastructure to work with you?
No. Our Data Strategy service is specifically designed for organizations that are still building their foundation. We start with a data audit to understand what you currently have, then design from there.
How does pricing work — is it fixed or hourly?
All three services are fixed-price engagements. The quoted amount covers the full scope. We discuss scope carefully before signing, so there are no surprises during delivery.
Can you combine multiple services into one project?
Yes. Many organizations begin with the Data Strategy service, then move into Conversational AI Development once their data foundation is ready. We can sequence services as a single engagement or as separate phases — whichever makes operational sense for your team.
What does the Ethics Review cover, exactly?
The review examines your AI systems and datasets for bias, evaluates how explainable model decisions are to non-technical stakeholders, checks privacy compliance, and produces a governance framework document your team can adopt internally. It is an independent assessment — not an audit tied to a specific regulatory body.
How much involvement is expected from our team?
Each engagement involves an initial discovery session, periodic review checkpoints, and a final presentation. We keep meeting time reasonable — typically 3–5 hours total for shorter engagements, slightly more for the 6–8 week conversational AI project.
Do you work with companies outside Bangkok?
Yes. Most of our work is conducted remotely, so location within Thailand is not a barrier. For clients who prefer in-person sessions, we are based on Rama IV Road in Bangkok and can accommodate on-site visits.
